In reply to Sarah. Hey Sarah, reduced fat cream cheese is any cheese like Philadelphia light or a supermarket own brand. Spreadable cheese is like Primula or Seriously Spreadable. Hope that helps!

I have most of your books and I am a little confused over the `cheese’ alot of recipes call for cream cheese which I know what it is and where to get it. However it is the spreadable cheese I’m not sure on, is this Primula? Or something else? Thanks.

Thank-you for the recipe. Looks really tasty. I may be mis-understanding but is the actual recipe at the bottom of the page for the Air-fryer only? It does not appear to cite oven time in the actual recipe?
