Hi. Just a note to let you know that the water volume in the recipe card doesn’t adjust even you change the number of portions. It says 1 litre of water however many you’re making for. I’ve made it a number of times (I love it!) for 1 or 2 and have halved or quartered, but it’s not clear in the recipe. Might catch some people out. Thanks 🙂

I used 2 large onions because I love them . Other than that the recipe is to the letter. It is to die for. Just try it, you’ll see
