In reply to Mags. Hi Mags, you could prepare our Cajun Spiced Stuffed Chicken in the morning, cover it and keep in the fridge until later the same day when you're ready to cook it. Preparing and cooking on the same day is advised. Hope this helps.

Followed the recipe, apart from cooked my chicken a bit longer. Also did a side dish of savoury rice. Wow! Delicious

This is a lovely recipe. Chicken breast took longer to cook but they were larger than average so you’ll need to adjust cooking times. Also brown rice takes longer to cook.
