I loved having the biscoff bread with figs and dates, it was so lovely I baked 2 more. I added the banana, figs and dates at the end then baked. I also freeze thus bread as I would eat it all. Its so yummy.

Beautiful banana biscoff bread! Smelt amazing coming out of the oven and you can taste the banana biscoff combo instantly! Definitely one to make again, love this recipe PON.

I found you needed to cook the bread a bit longer to get a golden colour and cause it was still a bit wet inside.

If you don’t have a microwave, melt the Biscoff spread by adding it to small heatproof bowl. Place the bowl into a slightly larger bowl containing boiling water and stir for about 2 minutes until runny and smooth.
