Hey Tracy, You can keep leftovers of this Beetroot and Mint Hummus Style Dip in the fridge for approximately 3 days or so in an air-tight container. Hope that helps!

Hi Charlie, I’ve had a look at a few supermarkets this morning and the average cooked beetroot ranges from 60g-80g this is an approximate measure, hope that helps!
