Hi Jenny, we haven’t tested this recipe with dairy-free ingredients so can’t guarantee the results. If you’d like to try making this recipe dairy-free, you could try using a dairy-free natural yogurt and try replacing the quark (there’s no direct dairy-free alternative), with a dairy free cream cheese. There are several brands of dairy-free yoghurts and cheeses available such as Alpro, Violife, Oatly and many supermarkets have their own brands. Let us know how you get on!
