Hey Erin, unfortunately our first book doesn’t include a nutritional breakdown for all of the recipes like our other books do. We have a handy article HERE which you may find helpful to work out your own nutritional information. Hope that helps!

I have the Pinch of Nom book that I think is the first one.

I was wondering if there is somewhere that I can find the nutritional information for the recipes?
I am type 1 diabetic and it would be really handy to see how much carbohydrates are in each recipe.
