The Doritos make such a lovely crunchy breadcrumb. Not so keen on spicy so used mild ones but reckon any would still work as well. The addition of the paprika is excellent too.

Hey Julie, yes you could swap for pork mince instead just use the same weight of mince as the sausages and alter the calories accordingly, hope that helps!
