Use white granulated sweetener which has the same weight, texture and sweetness as sugar.

Prepare everything in advance and the cooking is very straightforward. Packed with flavour. Works so well cooking the pork in the airfryer. It gives an authentic crispy pork. Amazing!

This was easy to make, and was nice paired with a salad on a hot day like today. It was such a boom of flavours with the salad to cool down my mouth. This Air Fryer book is very much a winner in my house.

Best Fakeaway so far. So easy to make and really tasty. The veggies were still crunchy which makes a lovely mix of textures. Used chicken instead of pork it was really juicy and tender. Definitely have this one again !!

I put my pork and spices in fridge till I was ready so they had time for the flavours to mix. Absolutely loved it From Air Fryer Book page 78
